Champ Burgess

Champ Burgess serves as Vice President, Chief Pharmacy Officer, with responsibilities that include oversight for all system pharmacy operation and creating innovative pharmacy projects as new enterprises within UH Ventures. Champ came to UH with a proven and impressive track record in healthcare and business development. His previous experiences include creating business operations that improved service delivery, reduced costs and maximized reimbursement for large health systems. Champ earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration at East Carolina University.
